Thomas Bateman was a Private in the infantry during WW1. Gloucester Regiment 10th Battalion. I have named this bear after him. He is made from blonde mohair which I have plucked, shaded, added faux stitches to and waxed. He is fullu cotter pin jointed and is stuffed with Kapok. He has light blue glass eyes and a stitched, waxed nose. He comes wearing a red, white and blue ribbon on a rusty old pin with a copper "Hope" charm around his neck.
If you would like a Soldier Bear named after a loved one please let me know.
