Little Nurse Aggie, one of the many Nurses helping out during WW1 with the Soldier Bears. She is made from pink mohair which has been plucked, shaded and waxed and has blue glass eyes and a stitched, waxed nose. She comes wearing a felt nurses hat and a delightful handmade little fob watch on a chain which I managed to sourse in the UK.
Aggie is fully cotter pin jointed nd is stuffed firmly with Kapok, a natural fibre from the Kapok tree.To give her added weight she also has steel shavings in her body.
