Soldier Bear Joseph Samuel Yardley

Private Joseph Samuel Yardley was a Soldier during WW1. He was killed in action aged 25. This bear is named after him.

Soldier Bear Joseph is made from blonde mohair and is fully cotter pin jointed. He has brown glass eyes and a stitched, waxed nosw and is stuffed with Kapok. He has steel shot in his body for added weight and I have plucked, shaded and waxed him to look "well loved" He wears a red/white/blue ribbon with a "Hope" charm attached by a rusty old pin.
