Betty  is only 3 inches from head to toe and  has such cute tiny ears.She has black glass eyes and is fully cotter pin jointed. She is stuffed with Kapok and has steel shot in her body for a  nice weight.

Betty wears a pretty little dress and a straw hat with a flower in it held on her head with a pin, so comes off easily
