Whiz is an adorable Spaniel puppy dog made from white mohair with hand painted brown markings. He has hand painted brown glass eyes and an embroidered, waxed nose. He is fully cotter pin jointed and is stuffed with Kapok. He has tiny steel discs in his body for added weight.
Whiz is just 31/2 inches tall and comes wearing a "Top Dog" Tibetan silver charm in the shape of a dog bone around his neck .
