Barraclough is a little red mohair  Soldier Bear. One of his eyes was badly damaged and grafting was needed - his new glass eye is just for show.He also has many other injuries but soldiers on and is a happy little chap!. He is  3 & 1/2" tall and  has a sparsely stitched and waxed nose He has been plucked, shaded and has faux stitching over his body. He is fully cotterpin jointed and filled with kapok, used in the making of early bears, and has steel shot in his body for added weight. He comes complete with his little home made military bag and wears a tatty sash tied together with a rusty old pin which has a small rusrty bell hanging from it.
