Hugh Trenchard, nicknamed Boom was a Pilot during WW1. This bear is named after him.

Boom is approximately 3.35 inches tall and made from a spikey mohair in salt and pepper colours. He is fully cotterpin jointed and filled with kapok, used in the making of early bears and he has steel shot in his body for added weight.

Boom has brown glass eyes, one pupil substantially larger than the other, and a sparsely stitched and waxed nose. I have plucked, shaded, waxed and added faux stitching to give him a well loved look.. His hand made helmet is made from linen and viscose.

If you are in the UK and would prefer to have the bear sent by the lower price of signed for please let me know and I will adjust the postage.
